What does Sollos Labs mean when it says “sound supplements”?

Many of the mixes on Sollos contain auditory beats, which we refer to as sound supplements.

Auditory beats are amplitude modulated tones, which are associated with changes in mood and cognition. We use a proprietary algorithm to blend these into our music, to help you focus, relax and sleep better.

• Our focus sessions use gamma auditory beats. Listening to gamma is linked to better cognitive performance and creative thinking
• Our relax sessions use theta auditory beats. Listening to theta auditory beats is linked to increased relaxation and decreased anxiety.
• Our sleep sessions use delta auditory beats. Listening to delta is linked to better sleep quality and longer deep sleep.

How long will I have access to Sollos Labs?

Initially, access will be granted for a six month period. We reserve the right to adjust this period, but we will always communicate any changes to you in advance.

How do I make sure I keep my access to Sollos Labs?

To make sure you keep your access to Sollos Labs, you just need to do two things:
